OT: 22-amino acid bacterium created by Scripps scientists

You may have read that about a year ago this group engineered a bacterium to use one 'unnatural'  amino acid. Now they have one that uses two.  And they 'designed' this organism without the slightest bit of help from the supernatural.

OK, this has nothing to do with atheism, or even evolution, but it is neat science. :-)
